It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Donald Wilderman of Moultonborough, NH.
Bill was born on Oct. 5, 1934, in Everett, MA to Charles A. and Florence G. Wilderman (Gouthro). He was a graduate of Everett High School class of 1952 and of Wentworth Institute. He worked 34 years for IBM. He was past Master Councilor and Chevalier of Everett DeMolay and a former member of Palestine Lodge of Masons. He was a life-long member of the Box 52 fire buffs Association of Boston.
Church was always important to Bill and for the past 32 years he served the Moultonborough United Methodist Church in many capacities.
He was a kind and gentle man who married his high school sweetheart on Oct. 23, 1955, and for 68 years they lived and worked together to raise their family and to serve the church.
He leaves his wife, Carolyn (Stacey), his son, William H. Wilderman, his daughter, Nancy L. Gagne (Jim) and his son, John S. Wilderman (Julie). He also leaves his grandchildren, Susan Sicard (Adam), Jennifer, Alexander and Connor Wilderman; his sister, Florence Archambault; brother-in-law, George Stacey (Dolores); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan. 22 at 11 am at the Moultonborough United Methodist Church. Burial will take place in the spring at the convenience of the family.
