New Hampton, New Hampshire - Waneta Ann Forbes, 63, of New Hampton, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at Speare Memorial Hospital following a brief illness, with her family by her side.

Born on February 8, 1963, in Plymouth, New Hampshire, Waneta was the daughter of James Nelson White and Beverly Ann (Hobart) White. She spent 35 years working in the insurance industry and enjoyed many hobbies and activities throughout her life, particularly crafting and spending time with her grandsons. Waneta was also an accomplished archer, earning many trophies over the years. She cherished time with her family, especially when hosting family gatherings, and enjoyed making memories at the family camp on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Waneta is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Bryan Forbes, of New Hampton, NH; her daughter, Katlyn Spaulding, and her husband, Robert, of Belmont, NH; her two grandsons, Joshua and Nicholas; her siblings, Rita Washburn, of Hebron, NH; Joann Berg and her husband, Chris, of Richmond, NH; Jim White and Sally Moulton, of Campton, NH; her best friend since third grade, Ginger, of Center Harbor and many loved nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Waneta's life will be held at a later date and time.
