Tyler Daniel Smith, 14, of Red Hill Road, Moultonborough, died September 27, 2014 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital, in Lebanon, NH.
Born in Laconia, NH on December 19, 1999, he was the son of Daniel Stephen and Kerry Ann (Perkins) Smith. Tyler was raised in Moultonborough and was attending the ninth grade at the Moultonborough Academy.
Tyler enjoyed video games and anything to do with cars. He was an avid NASCAR race fan and his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Kerry Smith and his sister, Sarah E. Smith, all of Moultonborough; paternal grandfather, Stephen R. Smith and his wife Debra (Cushing), of Port Charlotte, FL; paternal grandmother, Kim (Young) Drouin and her husband David, of Tilton, NH; his maternal grandparents, John F. and Ruby A. (Plourde) Perkins of Moultonborough; paternal great-grandmother, Ruth G. Smith, of Laconia; his Maternal great-grandmother, Ruth (Ayotte) Plourde, of Kittery, ME, and he is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
