Thomas Jackson Pike, Jr., 50, of Meredith died on June 22, 2023, at his home after a short illness.
Born in Rochester, NH on February 12, 1973, he was the son of Thomas J. Pike Sr. and Carol M. McCarthy.
Tom was a published writer and graduate of culinary school. He was an extremely hard worker. His employment in Meredith consisted of multiple local establishments including, the Common Man Restaurants, George's Dinner, Hermit Woods Winery and Eatery, 48 Main Café and Creperie, and his claim to fame as the best pizza maker at the Meredith Station Mobil in town.
Tom was a religious man, an extremely compassionate person, and a true friend to many. He will never be forgotten because of the many acts of kindness and the man he was.
Tom is survived by his mother Carol M. McCarthy of Maine, his father, Thomas Pike Sr. of Florida, his brothers and sisters, his extended family, Dennis and Corey Cormiea of Wentworth, and very many close friends.
A graveside service will be held in the Meredith Village Cemetery, Meredith, on Tuesday, July 18th at 5:30pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Hermit Woods Winery and Eatery Loft, 72 Main St. Meredith.
