Theda F. Cushing

Theda F. Cushing, 84, of Plymouth, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010, at Speare Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.Theda was born on February 7, 1926, in Plymouth. She was raised in Plymouth and attended Plymouth Schools.Theda loved cooking, spending time with her family, and traveling. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.For over 40 years, Theda worked for Richelson's Clothing Store, in Plymouth.She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, William (Bill) W. Cushing, of Plymouth; two sons, Tim and Greg Cushing; a daughter, Pamela Goddard; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.Memorials:Donations may be made in Theda's memory to a charity of one's choice.Service:A funeral service will be held at Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 11:00 am. The Rev. Edward J. Charest, pastor of the Plymouth United Methodist Church, will officiate.Cemetery:Interment will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Fairgrounds Rd., Plymouth, following the service.
