Tammy (Hutchins) Matthews 49 of Plymouth, NH passed away unexpectedly on August 10th at Mass General in Boston Mass.
Tammy was born to Rena (Gagnon) and Charles Hutchins SR on August 24th, 1972, in Caribou Maine. At the age of 2 Tammy and her family moved to Wentworth, NH. Tammy graduated from Wentworth Elem and Plymouth High. Tammy also took classes for psychology at PSU.
In 1995 Tammy moved to Plymouth NH with her husband Jeff and their daughter Kelsey.
Tammy held may jobs throughout her life in the surrounding areas. Everywhere she has worked she was respected and loved by her co-workers.
If you knew Tammy, you knew she loved her family and was a selfless person even to the end. Tammy was an organ donor and was able to help save lives and enhance the lives of the recipients who received her organs. Tammy loved to shop especially with her daughter Kelsey and her grandsons Christian and William. Tammy also enjoyed going to yard sales with her husband Jeff. Tammy's favorite flower was the sunflower which explains her favorite color of yellow. Tammy also loved Chocolate and I mean anything chocolate. You did not want to be around Tammy if she couldn't get her chocolate fix.
Tammy's favorite place was the ocean. She felt the calmest when she was at the ocean.
I would have to say the thing Tammy was most proud of other than her daughter and grandsons was her sobriety. She worked very hard for her sobriety and was given much love and support from her AA family.
Tammy was predeceased by her mother Rena (Gagnon) Hutchins and her father in-law Charles Matthews.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband Jeff Matthew of 31 years, her daughter Kelsey fiancé Will Pfeifer, and their children Christian and William, her pride and joy.
