PLYMOUTH - Steven N. Kidder, (58) passed away at home on August 10, 2017 with his wife by his side.
Steven was born on February 12, 1959 in Plymouth, NH the son Sherwood and Carol (Barnett) Kidder. Steve was a long-term resident of the Plymouth area, attending Plymouth High School. After High School, he held a variety of positions in the woodworking and sewing industry, including Plymouth Stitching, Rochester Shoe Tree, and D.C.I. Steve enlisted in the National Guard in 1976 and honorably discharged in 1982.
Steve had more hobbies and interests than any one person. He was a collector as well as a licensed HAM radio operator. There wasn't much he didn't explore, enjoying many different interests and especially loved the great outdoors. Steve was an avid reader and took a variety of college courses at Plymouth State University and on-line courses as well. He was generous with his time and knowledge and would help anyone, no matter the situation.
Steve is survived by his loving wife; Betsy Kidder, a daughter; Crystal and her husband Nathan Williams, and his much-adored grandchildren, Nathaniel and Kimberleigh Williams of Hebron, NH, an adopted son, Joel Kidder and his wife Amanda of Campton, NH, his brother; David Kidder and his wife Kathy, and nephews Brennan, Ethan, and niece Myra Belle Kidder of Vermont.
