Obituary

Bristol- Stacey Marie Bruno, 59, of Bristol, New Hampshire, passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 2,2026.
Born on February 13,1967, in Derry, New Hampshire. Stacey was the daughter of Fred Emerson and Sheila (Tate) Munson. Stacey attended Londonderry High School and went on to have a daughter in her mid-twenties. Becoming a mother came naturally to her and she fulfilled the role by pouring love into her daughter.
Stacey truly was her own light. She always had a listening ear, a smile and kind words. She spent many years known as the "town therapist" during her time working at Mels. She was also a natural caregiver who devoted much of her time the last few years, to caring for her mother. But her favorite moments by far were spent with her grandchildren. She doted on them and often spoke about her love for them to everyone she chatted with. Stacey also enjoyed gardening and had a love for dragonflies. She often donated to rescues like Colbys Crew Rescue, in support of her love of all animals and their wellbeing.
Stacey is survived by her daughter, Haley and grandchildren, Caiden and Mylah. Her mother, Sheila. Stacey's partner Joseph, stepson Jeremy, his wife Taylor, and their two children. She is survived also by stepdaughter Paige, brother, Matthew, half-brother Sean, and nephew, Ryan. As well as many other family members including aunts, uncles and cousins.
Stacey is predeceased by her father Fred Emerson and step father, Earl Munson.
Stacey's calling hours will be held Saturday, June 27th at the Mayhew funeral home from 11am to 1pm. Her celebration of life will follow after at 130 Ragged Mountain Road in Danbury. Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories as they celebrate Stacey's life. People are encouraged to bring any pictures they may have of her.
