Russell Allan Dunn, 60, of Old Center Harbor Road, died November 28, at theConcord Hospice House, Concord.     He was born in Portsmouth, NH on February 28, 1949, the son of Delmar S. and Alma [Rockwood] Dunn.     Russell moved to Meredith at the age of four and has been a resident of Meredith most all his life.  He attended Meredith Schools.     He worked as an auto body technician for several garages in the Lake Region area and worked for many years for Lemay's Garage, until his retirement in 1981 due to his health.     He was an active member of the Disabled American Veterans, past member and Commander of the Griggs-Wyatt American Legion Post #33, Meredith.  In 1989, he was one of the founders of the Thursday night POW Vigil, held in Hesky Park, Meredith.     He was a decorated combat US Army Viet Nam veteran, and a recipient of the Purple Heart.     He was an avid NASCAR and Red Sox fan.  He enjoyed and spent many hours participating go cart and stock car racing with his children.  He loved to hunt and fish.  He was a patient man who loved his family.       He was predeceased by his brother, Robert E. Dunn.      He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Julie M. [Allen] Dunn of Meredith, daughter, Terri J. Dunn of Meredith, son, Craig R. Dunn, SR, of Moultonborough, grandchildren, Zachary A., Jacob R, Isabelle M. and Craig R JR, sister Dorothy Brown of Meredith, four nieces, 2 nephews, 3 cousins, sister-in-laws, June Boutwell and husband Russell of Belmont, Brenda Leighton and husband Brian of Center harbor.Memorials:     In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Meredith Nurses Association, Route #25, Meredith, NH. 03253.  Visitation:     Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, Routes #3 and #104, Meredith, on Thursday 6pm to 8pm.  Service:     A graveside committal service, with military honors, will be held in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, on Friday at 1:30pm.  The Rev. Michael Ratton, former pastor of the First Baptist Church of Meredith, will officiate.
