Robert Wesley McAfee, 44, of Berry Farms Road, died suddenly on March 15, 2014, in Bridgewater, NH.
 
 
 Born in Littleton, NH on October 25, 1969, he was the son of Stephen and Charlene (Downing) McAfee.
 
 
 Robert grew up in Campton and graduated from Plymouth Regional High School, class of 1987. He was a life-long resident of New Hampshire and has resided in Alexandria since 2003.
 
 
 Robert worked in the hospitality industry for many years, managing hotels and restaurants in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In 2003, he started his own building and construction company, Brother Dave Builders.
 
 
 Robert served on the board of directors for "Keeping You, Me, and Memories Alive", along with volunteering with many other charitable organizations in the Plymouth and Bristol area. He loved to coach, T-ball, basketball, softball and soccer for the Tapply & Thompson Community Center in Bristol.
 
 
 Robert was a member of the Plymouth Lodge of Elks #2312, in Holderness, NH.
 
 
 Robert was predeceased by his brother, Davey B. Brown, who died in May of 2004.
 
 
 Robert is survived by his wife, Heather Thompson-McAfee, children, Hailey and Caitlin McAfee, granddaughter, Isabella McAfee, all of Alexandria, siblings, Derek Brown of Goffstown, Dax McAfee of Campton and Jennifer Sousa of Plymouth, father and step-mother, Stephen and Flora McAfee, mother and step-father, Charlene (Downing) and David Brown of Thornton, seven nieces and two nephews.
 
 
 A celebration of life will be held at the Plymouth Lodge of Elks, NH Rte 175, Holderness, on Saturday at 12pm. Spring burial in be held at the convenience of the family in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Thornton.
