Robert Weldon Burhoe Sr., 66, of Burhoe Way, Campton, died suddenly on February 1, 2014, at his home.
 
 
 Born in Plymouth, NH, on November 24, 1947, he was the son of the late George "Bud" Clifford Welles Jr, and Agnes June (Kuchinski) Burhoe.
 
 
 Robert was a life-long resident of Campton and graduated from Campton Schools. He attended Plymouth High School.
 
 
 In 1965, Robert enlisted in the US Navy and served on the USS Kirwin.
 
 
 Robert worked as a clerk, at the Plymouth NAPA Store for about ten years, twelve years as a mechanic for Robertson Transit Company, Thornton, and for several years, as a plumber, at Rand's Hardware, in Plymouth. Robert has served the Campton area as the Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department since 1989.
 
 
 Robert was a member of the Plymouth Lodge of Elks #2312, in Holderness, and the Durand-Haley American Legion Post #66, in Plymouth.
 
 
 Robert was predeceased by his brother, Donald Burhoe, step-mother, Aloha J. Burhoe, and step-sister, Kim Ash.
 
 
 Robert is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Pauline E. (Piper) Burhoe of Campton, son Robert W. Burhoe, JR. and his wife Tina of Plymouth, daughter, Terry L. MacDonald and her husband John of Lincoln, two grandchildren, Robert W. III, and Kayleen, two great grandchildren, Lilyanna and Anthony, his mother, Agnes J.(Kuchinski) Robertson and her husband Neil, of Campton, sisters, Virginias Perkins of Lincoln, Deborah Cunha of Manchester, Tracey Burhoe of Holderness, Kathy Wilder of Hartsfield, VA, Wendy Gilman of Tilton, NH, many nieces and nephews.
 
 
 Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth, on Thursday, Feb. 6th, 6pm to 8pm. A graveside service will be held in the Blair Cemetery, Blair Bridge Road, Campton, on Friday, Feb. 7th, at 11am. A celebration of Robert's Life will be held at the Plymouth Lodge of Elks, Route #175, Holderness, following the graveside service.
