Regena A. Shortt, 85, of Plymouth, died Sunday, December 9, 2012
Jean was born on August 29, 1927 the daughter of Marjorie (Smith) and Harvey Huckins. She graduated from Orford High School, Class of 1945. On November 17, 1945 she married the love of her life, Leland Shortt, who predeceased her in 2010. Jean loved to garden and her home on Quincy Road was always bursting with color and beauty,
She is survived by her son, Alan Shortt and his fiancé Tina Woods, of Benton, NH; her daughter, Pamela Myers and husband Jim, of Barnstead, NH; her sisters, Avis Cushing and Louise Chivell; six grandchildren, Jenny, Julie, Joel, Jonathan, Jason and Ashley; four great grandchildren, Zachary, Hannah, Isabella and Ryan.
A private burial will be held in the spring.
