Peter Waltz

BRISTOL---It is with great sadness that the family of Peter A. Waltz announce his peaceful passing at home on Wednesday July 30, 2025, at the age of 75.

Peter is survived by his wife of 54 years, Louise, and their two children, Becky and Kurt. Peter and his wife Louise resided in Bristol NH for the past 49 years where they raised both of their children.

Peter was born in Natick, MA, and grew up largely in the area of West Newbury, MA. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer for his entire career until his retirement in 2015, and still dabbled with various engineering projects for his remaining years.

There are no services planned, if you are so inclined we ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his name to either New Hampshire Public Radio or New Hampshire Public Broadcasting System.
