Pauline Louise (Juneau) Fournier died at home on Saturday morning January 16, 2016, after being given a terminal cancer diagnosis on November 3rd. She was able to spend the last few months of her life surrounded by her family - enjoying visits from close friends and sharing many hours playing with her great granddaughter, Dahlia.
Pauline was one of three children, born to Lawrence and Hazel Juneau on July 26, 1936. She spent time growing up in Rochester and Meredith NH as well as graduating high school in Winchendon, MA. She married Robert Henry Fournier on September 22, 1956 and together they raised their family of six children. She is survived by her husband Robert, her sister Marie Simpson and her six children.
What she wanted people to know was that she lived and she loved! She loved her family (natural and adopted - so many adopted and cared for as her own). She loved her husband. She loved and supported her community and friends. She loved her home. She loved her flowers, trees, and birds. She loved Jeopardy (and wow, was she good at it). She loved cooking for all that appeared at her door and she loved seeing people enjoying themselves in her home and on "her lake." She loved her dog, Stella.
She impacted our world in so many ways - She will always be our shining star in the sky.
