Pittsfield, New Hampshire - Patricia Gloria Mack, 80, of Pittsfield, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at the Granite VNA Hospice House.
Born on February 12, 1946, in Laconia, New Hampshire, Patricia was the daughter of the late Glenn and Gloria (Morton) Amsden. She grew up in Meredith, New Hampshire, where she spent her early years surrounded by family.
Patricia worked for many years as a self-employed housekeeper. Prior to that she worked at the grocery store in Meredith and was an AVON representative. Outside of work, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed creating intricate paint-by-number pictures, working on puzzles, reading, and baking. She loved spending time with her grandsons and her great grandchildren. Patricia also loved spending time outdoors, especially camping and four-wheeling. She eventually moved to Kentucky, where she lived for 10 years, before returning to New Hampshire and spending the last eight years of her life with her daughter, Cheryl, and her husband, Jim.
Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cheryl Marsh, and her husband, Jim, of Pittsfield, NH; her son, Bret Mack, of Seattle, WA; her brothers, Orrin Amsden and his wife, Rita, of Cadiz, KY, and Howard Amsden, of New Hampton, NH; and her sisters, Elsie Shute and her partner, Bob Swett, of Meredith, NH, Ellie McCormack, of Moultonborough, NH, Lorraine Blaney and her husband, Neal, of Epping, NH, Lois Currier and her husband, Steven, of Princeton, KY, Joy Shinnick, of Lynn, MA, and Cindy Dyer and her husband, Joe, of Raleigh, NC. She also leaves behind her five grandsons, Justin Mooney, of Portland, ME; Eric Mooney, of Franklin, NH; Justin Marsh and Quintin Marsh, both of Belmont, NH; and Jacob Marsh, of Rhode Island; as well as eight great- grandchildren, Justin, Lilly, Dylan, Trent, Tyler, Bailey May, Zoe, and Corey.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years, Willis H. Mack, and her two brothers, Russell Amsden and Glenn Amsden.
