Nelda Mae Frisch

Nelda Mae Frisch, 58, of Hallsbrook Road, died suddenly on May 7, 2012, at her home.
Born in Plymouth on December 23, 1953, she was the daughter of Robert A. and the late Joyce S. [Warner] Haskell.
Nelda grew up in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School, class of 1972. She resided in the Plymouth area for many years and has been a resident of Groton for over twenty years.
She worked at several different jobs over the years including; as a sorter at the former Hitchners Company and Plymouth Manufacturing, the Housekeeping department at Holderness School, and with her father at the former Haskell?s Work Clothes Outlet, in Plymouth.
She served the town of Groton as a member of the town council, and was always involved with town politics. She was a longtime member of the former Royal Eagles Drum and Drill Corps, in Plymouth.
Nelda loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and animals. She also had a love for national politics.
She was predeceased by her mother in April of 1987 and her husband David R. Frisch JR, in July of 2003.
She is survived by her son, Marcus G. Miller of Summerville, SC, father, Robert A. Haskell and his wife Sandy, of Plymouth, brother, R. Scott and his wife Cyndi of Belmont, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, Marcus?s father, Randy G. Miller of Holderness, her companion, Robert Weeks of Groton, close friend Becky Vittum. Service:A memorial gathering will be held at the Plymouth United Methodist Church, Fairgrounds Road, Plymouth, on Monday 5pm to 7pm. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
