Michael Wayne Taylor, 48, of North Groton Road, died April 22, 2009, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock hospital, in Lebanon, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Laconia on July 23, 1960, the son of Olaf B. and the late Marjorie R. [Bolduc] Taylor, who died in August of 2007. He grew up in New Hampton and graduated from Newfound High School, class of 1979. He has been a resident of Groton for many years. He worked for many years as a truck driver moving heavy equipment for Ambrose Bros. Inc, in Meredith and for the past 12 years, as a truck driver for Dean Yeaton Trucking, in Plymouth. He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider and had enjoyed participating in many charity rides all over New Hampshire. He loved to outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife of nine years, Diane M. Michalski, of Groton, son, Patrick M. Taylor of Laconia, daughters, Jessica A. Taylor of Meredith, Cassandra M. Taylor of Laconia, Hannah R. Taylor of Groton, Father, Olaf B. Taylor of New Hampton, brother, Kenneth J.. Taylor of Meredith, sisters, Sandra L. Ambrose of Meredith, Jackie L. Service:A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, Route #25, Meredith, on Monday at 11am. The Very Rev. Dennis J. Audet, V.F., pastor, will be the celebrant. Cemetery:Burial with military honors will be held in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
