Mary Marie Currier, 92, formerly of Holderness, died November 19, 2017, after a period of failing health, at her home in Bedford, NH.

Born in Laconia, NH. on June 23, 1925, she was the daughter of Eftim and Emma (Vasil) Stefan.

Mary grew up in Laconia and graduated from Laconia High School. She also attended beautician school in Worcester, Massachusetts. She resided in the Plymouth and Holderness area for many years. She resided in Concord for several years and has spent the last three years in Bedford.

Mary worked as a supervisor at the former Sprague Electric Company, in Plymouth, and as a hostess at the former Bobby's Girl Dinner, in New Hampton. For many years, she was head of the Lunch Program at the Holderness Central School, in Holderness.

Mary was a member and past President of the Pemi Junior Women's Club, in Plymouth and a member of VFW Post 4483 Auxiliary in Plymouth.

Mary was predeceased by her husband Preston B. Currier Sr., who died in February of 1987, her son, Preston B. "Pepi" Jr., who died in 2003 and her daughter, Mary Ellen Bennett, who died in 2002.

Mary is survived by her daughter Bonnie L. White and her husband Alan of Bedford, NH, her grandchildren, Cori, Angie, Leslie, Kristopher, Becky, Alexis and Emery, fifteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held in the Plymouth Congregational Church, Main St. Plymouth, on Wednesday, Nov. 29th, at 11am. The Rev. Paulo Gustavo França, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth.
