Mary Lamprey Bare, of Center Harbor, NH., passed away on Wednesday January 3, 2018 with her family by her side.
Mary was born January 4, 1953 to Robert J and Elizabeth Lamprey of Moultonborough NH. She was the loving wife of Ben and devoted mother to Russell and Patrick.
After growing up in Moultonborough, Mary moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where she attended Oklahoma State University earning her bachelor's degree in Art History. Mary returned to Center Harbor in 2004 to assist with the family real estate business. For the past 10 years she has been the President and owner of Lamprey Real Estate company in Center Harbor.
Mary devoted countless hours and support to many civic organizations including Lake Region Tourism Association, Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce, Moultonborough Women's Club, Moultonborough Historical Society and Center Harbor Community Development Association. She loved to entertain and enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends. She gave so much of herself to so many and will be truly missed.
Besides her husband and sons, Mary leaves behind two brothers, Robert Lamprey and Tom Lamprey as well as her uncle Stuart Lamprey, cousins, George Lamprey and Diane Kemp, Scott Lamprey and her sister in law Chris Leavitt.

Visitation hours will be from 5 - 7 pm on January 12 at Mayhew Funeral Home, Routes 104 and 3, Meredith. Services will be held at the Moultonborough Methodist Church on Saturday, Jan. 13th, at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, Mary requested that contributions be made to the Moultonborough Historical Society, P O Box 659, Moultonborough, NH 03254.
