MORRISONTOWN, NJ---Linda Natalie (Reis) Falchetta, 77, of Morristown NJ and formerly of Groton NH died April 17, 2018 from Alzheimer's Disease.
Born in Brooklyn, New York on March 21, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Catherina Reis. Linda grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Boonton High School. She graduated with a Nursing Degree from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey. Linda worked as a RN at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ and at the VA Hospital in Lyons, NJ where she met her husband, Dr. Stephen Louis Falchetta. They moved to Groton, NH in 1980 and Linda continued to work as a nurse at Speare Hospital in Plymouth, NH until her retirement in 1995.
Linda dedicated her entire life to the caring of others, she was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and a kind and compassionate friend to many.
Linda is survived by her son, Fred P. Passarella and his wife Cathy of Morristown, NJ, her grandchildren, Abigail and Christopher, her brother Robert Reis and his wife Patricia, of Wharton, NJ her niece, Jessica (Ries) Mignanellis and nephew, Justin Reis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Dr. Stephen Louis Falchetta on March 1, 2016
