Leon F Comeau, Jr.

CAMPTON---- Leon “Shorty” F. Comeau Jr., 77, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the White River Junction VA Hospital.
Leon was born June 21st, 1946, son of the late Leon F. Comeau Sr and Nelly P. Whitemore.
Leon graduated from Pembroke academy in 1964 he served in the United States Marine corps from 1965 to 1968 he was a Vietnam veteran, he worked as a mason most of his life, he enjoyed fishing hunting, camping, riding motorcycles and enjoying the outdoors.
Leon is survived by his son, Leon Comeau and wife Stacy of Leavenworth, WA: daughter, Scarlet and husband Glenn Hicks of Rumney, NH; sisters, Rose Kimball of Epsom, NH, Donna Comeau of Arizona, and Jeannie Gates of Tennessee; brothers, Tim Comeau of Epsom, NH, and Fred Comeau of Barnstead, NH; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents Leon was predeceased by his wife, Georgia Comeau.
Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon Street, Plymouth, NH.
