Moultonborough- Kathleen Werren, born Kathleen Diane McCormack, passed away on April 8th, 2026. Kathy passed peacefully at Concord Hospice with her husband and son by her side. She is predeceased by her parents Ethel Nadeau and Albert McCormack, and nephew Todd Bonenfant. Kathy is survived by her husband Reece Werren; son Matthew Werren and wife Katie Juniper with three children; step-daughter Jennifer Perkins with two children; step-daughter Heather Werren; step-daughter Crystal Coffin and husband Sean Coffin with two children; step-daughter Ellien Laramee-Byers and husband Sara Byers with 5 children; step-daughter Amber Bissonnette and husband Mat Bissonnette with one child; sister Michelle Beauchemin with two children; brother Peter Beauchemin with one child; brother Paul Beauchemin; and one well loved cat named Molly.
Kathy was born in Plymouth, NH where she graduated from the Plymouth Regional High School in 1970. She became a hairdresser and worked at Wanda's in Laconia for 17 years. Kathy met her husband through a personal ad in the newspaper and they were soon after married on September 10th, 1993. It was their love together that made the greatest foundation for many years well spent for Kathy and Reece had 33 beautiful years with each other. They welcomed one son together in 1994 and lived happily in Moultonborough from 1998 on where they created their own community of friends and loved ones around them.
Kathy filled many roles in her life but her favorite was as a Nana and Grandma. Surrounded by fourteen grandchildren, the love was almost as endless as all the treats she supplied to them. Kathy's love for her family was like a warm hug on a cold day. Everyone who knew her was likely to feel like they had gained a bonus mom because her care and affection was just that encompassing. Kathy will be sorely missed by every single one of her loved ones. Her loving husband Reece will miss her exceptionally, as Kathy was the missing piece in his life.
Kathleen Werren will be cremated, as were her wishes. Services have not been scheduled yet, information will come at a later date.
