Joseph David Marobella 67, of Thornton passed away suddenly on Saturday October 8th, 2022. Born on March 23rd, 1955, in Boston, Massachusetts. He was the Son of Lorraine Lemire and raised by his Great Grandparents Lucille and Joseph Marobella.
Joseph was a "mountain man with a gentle spirit." He was a very honest, talented worker, who made a life for his family in the White Mountains. Joseph loved to travel in most of his adolescent and young adult life. He had his Own Painting and Property Management Business, "Marobella Property Maintenance" for almost 30 years. He preferred simpler times and never wanted a cell phone or email. Instead, he enjoyed post cards from loved ones, and a phone call to hear their voice.
He loved to go for a drive or cruise through town to pick up the Boston Herald every weekday to keep up on the times. He made his daily house calls to check in with the ones he loved every day. Joseph was a morning guy who was up with the birds every day to make sure things were in order for everyone. He enjoyed being at home with his family at the end of his day.
He loved his Wife Patricia Unconditionally. He loved playing pool, his sports games, a good movie, and a nice fire with his buddies. Joseph shared his passion for horses at an early age with his daughter Gena. His dogs were his best pals, and he would talk to them and tell everyone what they had been up to or achieved. (Bonnie and her Westminster dog show Finalist.) His sense of humor was endless, and he kept everyone going and smiling. He lit up any room he walked into.
He loved his granddaughter Ava to pieces and spent countless hours over breakfast in the mornings tending to her every need to make sure she started every day out just right to be the best. Joseph was the most amazing Father and his daughter and him share so many special memories together. He was a man of his word, and he took pride in his home and made it the very best he could. He always had a project going on. He truly did it all. He had the biggest heart and was the gentlest soul; always willing to help anyone at any time. There are no words to measure how much he will be missed.
Joseph is predeceased by his Mother Lorraine Lemire.
