John Rodney Barton

John Rodney Barton, 33, of Campton, NH, passed away unexpectedly at Speare Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, October 3, 2009.He was born on November, 9, 1975, the son of Ike and Catherine (Gravelle) Barton. John was raised in Campton and graduated from Plymouth High School.John had many interests and hobbies. He had a great love of music and played the drums for Manchester area bands. He was also an avid photgrapher, and shot photos for professional bands. John also liked to take pictures of the ocean and New Hampshire's beautiful scenery.John is survived by his parents, Ike and Catherine Barton, of Campton; his brother, Ike Jr., also of Campton; a half-brother and half-sister, Sid and Tammy Barton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.He was predeceased by his grandparents.Memorials:In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to: Dartmouth - Hitchcock Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03756, or to a charity of one's choice.Visitation:Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 9, 2009, at Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth, NH, from 7 thru 9pm.
