Janet R. Thibeault

Janet R. Thibeault, 83, of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Golden View Health Care Center, in Meredith after a brief illness.
Born in Wolfeboro, NH on July 18, 1931, she was the daughter of Charles and Phoebe (Sylvain) Richardson. Janet was raised in Wolfeboro, attended local schools, graduating from the Brewster Academy. She furthered her education at the Elliot Hospital School of Nursing earning her RN degree.
Janet was the head nurse of OBGYN at Sceva Speare Hospital for several years before leaving to work as a Registered Nurse for Dr. Archibald and Dr. Whitesell. She then trained to become a Pharmacy Technician and worked for local pharmacies and in the Speare Hospital Pharmacy.
Janet will be lovingly remembered by her family as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother; she was an avid reader, and she loved spending time with (and took a great interest in) her family and grandchildren. She was a devoted communicant of St. Matthews Church, in Plymouth.
Janet is predeceased by her beloved husband of 48 years, Armand J. Thibeault, in 2000; her son, Stephen Thibeault, in 2013, and her sister, Jacqueline Spear.
She is survived by her two sons, Brian "Buddy" Thibeault and his partner Sally Cheney, of Campton, Alan Thibeault and his wife Mary, of Boston, MA; daughter-in-law, Paulette Thibeault, of Ashland; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; several in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
