Hilda T. Mathis

Hilda Taylor Mathis, 86, formerly of the Plymouth area, died December 6, 2010 at a nursing home in Bushnell, Florida after a period of declining health.She was born May 18, 1924 in Plymouth, NH to guy Taylor, Sr. and Lillian Farnham Taylor.She was employed for a few years at the Plymouth Stitching Company and for several years for the Pemigewassett National Bank in Plymouth.After retirement she lived in Florida.She was predeceased by two husbands, Frank Logan and Carl Mathis.She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge of Plymouth.  Her hobbies were sewing, cooking, knitting and spent many happy years travelling in their motor home.She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Dixon of Smithfield, KY, a grandson Robert Dixon of Park Rapids, MN, a brother Guy Taylor, Jr. of Plymouth, NH, a niece and a nephew.Burial to be held at a later date.
