Hilda Lorraine Harris, 92, of Bliss Lane, died December 13, 2014 at Speare Memorial Hospital, in Plymouth.
Born in Hanover, NH on January 3, 1922, Hilda was the daughter of Watson and Eleanor (Swift) Judd.
Hilda grew up in Stratford, Vt. and attended Stratford, and Thetford Vt. schools. She resided in the Hill, NH. and Alexandra, NH. area for many years. She has been a resident of Hebron for the past several years.
Hilda worked as a licensed nursing assistant for many years at several health care facilities such as; Merrimack County Home, in Boscawen and Concord Hospital, in Concord.
Hilda enjoyed baking bread, gardening, crocheting, embroidery, feeding the birds, spending time with her cat, and loved the ocean.
Hilda was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Harris, who died in 1990, her sons, David, William and James.
Hilda is survived by her children, Marilyn Hosmer of White River, Junction, VT, Anthony Perkins of Sharon, VT, Anita Moses of Hill, NH, Sandra Adams and her husband Arnold of E. Topsham, VT, Diane Puffinburger of Hebron, NH, Kathy Sargent and her husband Stanly of Alexandra, NH, many many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, her brother, Wallace Judd of Hill, NH, sister, Betty Smith of Belmont, NH, numerous nieces and nephews.
A Spring graveside service will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery, in South Strafford, VT. at the convenience of the family.
