Helen F. Bryant, 88, of Ossipee Mountain Road, Moultonborough, died October 12, 2015, at Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia.
Born in Moultonborough on August 5, 1927, she was the daughter of Jacob and Lanora (Wakefield) Nelson. Helen was a life-long resident of Moultonborough and graduated from the Quimby School, in Sandwich and the former Concord Cosmetology School, in Concord, NH.
Helen worked all her life as a hairdresser in Moultonborough.
Helen was a long time member of the Moultonborough United Methodist Church and a past member of the Moultonborough Women's Fellowship.
Helen was predeceased by her husband of fifty-eight years, Stewart Reid Bryant, who died in March of 2005 and her son Daniel Bryant who died in April of 2014.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Rebecca B. Tilton and her husband Tom, of Moultonborough, two grandchildren, Stephanie S. Porusta and Aaron J. Tilton, both of Moultonborough, five great grandchildren, Emily, Max, Simon, Carter, and Ethan, her sister, Marjorie Thorne of Meredith, several nieces and nephews.
