Harold P. Hull Jr., 92 of Moultonborough, NH died on March 28, 2017 at Golden View Health Care in Meredith, NH. He was born on September 22, 1924 in Norwich, CT, son of the late Harold P. Sr. and Leotta (Oat) Hull.
He was the husband of the late Marion M. (Marquardt) Hull whom he married on October 9, 1947 in Groton, CT. Marion passed away in 2011.
Harold attended the Norwich Free Academy, Class of 1942, the University of Connecticut, Class of 1944 and later entered the United States Army. He worked for the Southern New England Telephone until his retirement.
Harold enjoyed playing bridge, chess, softball (Randy's Raiders, Moultonborough), birding and writing poetry.
Loving father of Claudia Inch, Donald Hull, William Hull and the late Peter Hull. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
SERVICES: A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 24th at 11:00 AM in the Shannon Cemetery, 568 Governor Wentworth Hwy. (Route 109) Moultonborough, NH. The Rev. Edward Charest will officiate.
In lieu of flowers donations in Harold's memory may be made to the Moultonborough - Sandwich Meals on Wheels, Old Rte 109, Moultonborough, NH 03254 or to the Loon Preservation Committee, P.O. Box 604, Moultonborough, NH 03254.
