Gertrude E. Miclon, 97, of Nashua, formerly of Holderness, passed away on March 18, 2010 at Greenbriar Terrace, of Nashua.Gertrude was born on November 30, 1913 in Franklin, NH; she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Helen Clifford. Gertrude was the husband of the late Delphia W. Miclon, who passed away February 24, 1982.Together Gertrude and Delphia built a home on Squam Lake and lived many happy years there.Gertrude is survived by her daughter, Norma Gammons and husband Sam, of Nashua; two grandcildren, Janet Ballman of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Thomas Gammons, of Holderness; four great-grandchildren, Thomas Aron, of Lake Wales, Fl, Brian Gammons, of Plymouth, Travis and Matthew Ballman, of Ohio; one great great-grandson, Carson Gammons, of Lake Wales, FL; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.The family would like to extend a special thank you to Greenbriar Nursing Home for all the loving care given to Gertrude while she resided there.Memorials:Memorial Contributions in Gertrude's name may be made to the St. Joseph's Home and Hospice, 24 North River Rd., Milford, NH 03055Service:A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth. The Rev. Susan Ackley, pastor of  the Church of the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, of Plymouth, will officiate.Cemetery:Interment will follow the serivce and will be held at the Riverside Cemetery, Fairgrounds Rd., Plymouth.
