Georgia Lee Comeau, 64, of Sunset Circle, Campton, died February 4, 2017, at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, after period of failing health.
Born in Plymouth, NH. on March 4, 1952, she was the daughter of David L. and Ethel P. (Joyce) Cote Lacourse.
Georgia grew up in the Beebe River, NH. area and attended Plymouth High School. She resided in Ashland for over thirteen years and has been a resident of Campton for the past thwenty-two years.
Georgia worked for twenty years as a custodian for the Plymouth State College Maintenance Department.
Georgia was predeceased by her brothers, Philip Cote, David Cote, John Cote, and Gary Cote, her half-brother, George Lacourse Jr., and her step-father, George Lacourse Sr.
Georgia is survived by her husband, Leon F. "Shorty" Comeau Jr. of Campton, NH, her daughter, Scarlet Hicks of Rumney, her son, Leon D. Comeau of Leavenworth, WA., 3 grandchildren, her brothers, Richard Cote of Holderness, William Cote of Warren, NH, her sisters, Marie Corimea of Rumney, NH., Judy Robb of Plymouth, NH., Betsy Emery of Charleston, SC., step-sister, Linda Brooker of Charlotte, NC., numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St. Plymouth, NH. on Thursday, Feb. 9th, 6pm to 8pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Please omit flowers, and make memorial donations to the Plymouth Regional Senior Center, 8 Depot St. Plymouth, NH. 03264.
