Gary "Doc" Lee Brosius, 64, of Merrimack St. died June 26, 2013, at his home, after a long illness.

Born in Erie, Pennsylvania on May 11, 1949, he was the son of Richard L and Ona Evelyn (Morse) Brosius. Gary moved to Ashland at a young age and attended Ashland Schools. He was a resident of Ashland most all is life and has spent the past three years in Bristol.

Gary worked in the construction industry most all his life and worked at Pike Industries for many years. He also worked for ten years CRW Equipment Inc., in Hooksett, until his retirement in 2009, due to his illness.

Gary loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle and also enjoyed country music and country dancing.

Gary was predeceased by his brother, Richard A. Brosius, who died in 1971.

Gary was a US Army Vietnam veteran and was a recipient of the Bronze Star.

Gary is survived by his daughters, Tara S. Beauchemin of New Hampton, Kristen M. Brosius of Springfield, MA, two grandchildren, brother, Douglas Brosius of Ashland, sisters, Joyce B. Wagner of Lebanon, Gail E. Prince of Nashua, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St. Plymouth, on Monday 6pm to 8pm. A graveside service will be held in the Green Grove Cemetery, Ashland, on Tuesday, July 2, at 11am. The Rev. Edward J. Charest. Pastor emeritus of the Plymouth United Methodist Church, will officiate.
