Frank F. Corliss, Sr.

Frank F. Corliss, Sr., 72, or Corliss Hill Road, passed away on August 16, 2010 at Lakes Region General Hospital, after a sudden illness.Born in Laconia, on December 15, 1937 to Rueben S. and Charlotte M. (Green) Corliss, he was a lifelong resident of Meredith, graduating from the Laconia High School. Frank owned and operated Frank's Flying "A" Gas Station and Garage on Route 25 in Meredith for many years, he also owned and operated Corliss Enterprise, which was a landscaping and excavating company.He had many hobbies including racing, gardening, fishing, hunting, camping, and other outdoor activities. He loved his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.Frank is survived by his immediate family members, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many friends in the Meredith area.Memorials:Donations may be made in Frank's memory to a charity of one's choice.Service:Services will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family.
