Floyd Jackson Gove

April 8, 1929 — October 14, 2015

Floyd Jackson Gove, 86, of Gove Lane, Wentworth, died October 14, 2015 at the Grafton County Nursing Home, in North Haverhill, NH.

Floyd grew up and resided most all his life in Wentworth. He attended Wentworth and Plymouth Schools.

Floyd worked in the construction field most all his life for companies such as; Plant Manager at L.M. Pike, in Campton, Whitcomb Construction Company, and for twenty-seven years as a heavy equipment operator for Cersosimo Lumber Company, in West Rumney.

Floyd was a US Army veteran.

Floyd was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine Louise (Solari) Gove, who died in June of 1997 and his sister, Barbara Mae Pike.

Floyd is survived by his son, C. Michael Gove and his wife Judith, two grandchildren, Brian M. Gove and Allison N. Gove, all of Wentworth, his twin brother, William Gove of Wentworth, several nieces and nephews.
