Florence was a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She always put her family first and made everyone feel special and important. Florence was very active in the community. She was one of the founding members of the Interlakes Booster Club. She was a very talented seamstress, sewing prom dresses, cheerleading and majorette uniforms. She was not only a huge Interlakes Laker fan but she was an avid New England sports team fan!
Florence never shyed away from challenges. She stayed with the times and became computer savey. She was active on FaceBook where she stayed in touch with family and friends that were scattered country wide. She could be found playing Candy Crush on her kindle and sending messages to help others advance their game. Florence will be missed by those she left behind.
In honor of Florence Pettengill we ask that everyone take a moment and comfort those in need of comfort. Love unconditionally.
