Denise E. Poire age 88 a long term resident of Laconia passed away on Monday March 30th 2026 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones.

She worked for approximately 15 years with her husband Albert at Waterville valley campground as hosts, she also spent many years at Allan and Rogers as a woodworker and at Laconia Shoe as a stitcher until it went out of business. She worked at several other sewing companies until she decided it was time to retire.

Denise had a strong, independent spirit and a lively sense of humor, often saying whatever she was thinking, no matter what others' thought. A quality her family will miss and always laugh about. She was a caring friend and had a strong love for her family. She enjoyed weekend campfire cookouts with her daughter Jan and her grandsons Matthew and his long time girlfriend Krystine and their Daughter Meadow, LJ, Andrew . She enjoyed camping, fishing, knitting and watching the birds from her kitchen window.

Denise is Predeceased by her husband Adalard. A Poire (Albert). Sister Lorraine Mack and brothers Willis Mack, Gary Mack and Brain Mack.

Survived by Daughter Jan Poire of Laconia, Three Grandsons Matthew. A Poire of Hill, LJ Poire of Laconia and Andrew McBeigh of White River Junction Vermont. And Great Granddaughter Meadow Denise Poire.

A graveside service will be held for family at a future date and time.
