Delia Daisy (Comeau) Morton, 70, of Ashland, N.H. passed away on Monday January 19, 2015.At Mountain Ridge Nursing Home, Franklin, N.H.
She was born on October 18, 1944 in Plymouth, N.H. the daughter of Theodore Comeau, Sr. and Pearl (Hinkson) Comeau. She lived in New Hampshire all her life, graduating from high school in Ashland, N.H.. After the passing of her husband she went to work at Plymouth stitching in Ashland, N.H. until it closed. She then went to work at Plymouth manufacturing in Plymouth, N.H. and then went to work at Forrest View Manor nursing home until she retired.
Survivors include her son; Fred Morton Jr. and his wife Sabrina of Ashland, N.H., Her daughter; Terry Sworab and her husband Steven of Ashland, N.H., Her companion; Ed Cote Jr. of Ashland, N.H. a granddaughter; Hailey Sworab and Fiance Shane Rodgers and her great grandson; Jayce Rodgers of Ashland,
N.H. Grandson; Timothy Sworab and Great-granddaughter; Madyson Sworab of Ashland, N.H. her sisters; Lillian Coursey and husband Pat Coursey of Rumney, N.H. Pearl Young and her husband Richard Young Sr. of Dorchester, N.H. Brothers; Robert Comeau Sr. and his wife Launa Comeau of Rumney, N.H. David Comeau the first and his wife Cathy of Ashland, N.H. Forest Comeau and his wife Carol of Rochester, N.H. a brother in law; Alfred Morton Jr. of Inverness, Florida. Including several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother Oliver Comeau and Theodore Comeau jr. and her husband Fred Morton Sr. who passed away in 1984.
Delia was an incredibly generous person to her family and friends and just about anyone she met. She was a loving and caring person that will be greatly missed. Delia was a loving housewife and loving mother to her children.
