Deborah Blake, of Meredith, died peacefully at Concord Hospital-Laconia on March 26th, with her family by her side. She was born in Bethlehem, NH. She was 96 years old.
She enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles, playing canasta, and reading; she loved her family most of all.
She was predeceased by her husband, Orris, of 67 years. She leaves behind three sons and a daughter. Wayne and his wife Lavon, Dwight and his partner Lu Ann, Steve and his partner Sheri, Cheryl and her husband Oscar. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren,
Michon, Kim, Matt, Ben, Samantha, Steve, Amada and Mark, and 14 great grandchildren.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the hospital staff in Laconia for their compassionate care of our mom.
Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, Routes 3 and 104, Meredith, on Saturday, April 1st, from 10am to 12pm. Burial will be held in the Spring, in the Oakland Cemetery, Meredith
