MOULTONBOROUGH ---Daniel Holland, (52) passed away suddenly on September 6, 2018
Daniel was born on February 14, 1966 in Laconia, NH the son of Philip and Eileen Holland (Sanborn).
Daniel grew up in Gilford, attending school in Gilford and graduating from Interlakes High School in 1984. After high school he enlisted into the United States Army.
Daniel loved landscaping and carpentry, working various projects, including boats and canoes. Not only was he a talented carpenter, but he was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting, which he was able to truly enjoy while he lived in Alaska. There he was also a field guide for hunting and fishing camps. But more than anything Dan loved family, which was one of the reasons he returned home to New Hampshire. He loved cooking, especially for his family and friends.
Daniel is survived by his mother; Eileen Holland of Moultonborough, NH, his brothers; Philip Holland of Oakhill, Fl. and Frank Holland of Gilford, NH. His sisters; Barbara Wakefield and husband Russell of Moultonborough, NH and Jan Boudreau and husband George of South Tamworth, NH. As well as many nieces and nephews
Daniel was predeceased by his father; Philip A. Holland.
