Cynthia Ann Gauthier

Cynthia Ann Gauthier, 72, formerly of Plymouth, passed away at the Merrimack County Nursing Home, in Boscawen, after a lengthy illness.Born on March 5, 1938 in Laconia, she was the daughter of Henry and Madeline (Blake) Noyes. Cynthia was raised in Tilton, graduating from the Tilton - Northfield High School, Class of '58. She went on to attend beauty school where she learned the art of hairdressing and worked for the Beauty Box Hair Salon in Plymouth for many years during the 60's.After having her daughter, Cynthia became a homemaker who loved sewing and cooking, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 33 years, Theodore Gauthier, in 1998.Cynthia is survived by her loving daughter, Sondra and husband James Kenney, of Thornton; a sister, Denise Noyes, of Campton; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Bell, of Tilton, and Christopher Bell, of Thornton; a niece, Jen Yeaton, of Plymouth; and several relatives in Connecticut.Memorials:In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.Service:There are no calling hours; services will be held at the convenience of the family.
