Christian Davitt Meyer

NORTH SANDWICH – Christian “Chris” Davitt Meyer, 72, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, peacefully at his home with family by his side.
Chris was born in Bangor, Maine, on May 21, 1952, the son of George and Catherine (Davitt) Meyer. Chris spent the first 9 years of life growing up in the Bronx, New York, before his family moved to Manchester in 1961. Chris was a parishioner at Saint Catherine’s Church in Manchester, and graduated from The Derryfield School in Manchester in 1970, in one of the school’s original graduating classes. He went on to receive his bachelor’s degree at Plymouth State College in 1975, where he was a proud member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He spent his professional career in sales, most recently at Profile Subaru in Conway. On December 31,1999, Chris was joined in marriage with Nancy Cunio. In retirement, Chris enjoyed life in the White Mountains and spending time with family.
Chris is survived by his wife, Nancy; her children, Kristin Frechette and her husband Nate, Michael J. Stacey, and Sean Stacey; grandchildren, Braxtyn, Olivia, Lucas, Kasen and Joseph; godmother and aunt, Colette Macan of Larchmont, New York; brother, Peter Meyer and his wife Suzanne of Venice, Florida; and his 4 nieces and nephews, Hannah White, Alexander Meyer, Tess Meyer, and Lucas Meyer.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am, on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 300 NH Rt 25, Meredith, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Chris’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 15 Constitution Drive, Suite 1G, Bedford, NH.
