Chase Riley-Smock Bonaccolto passed away after being born prematurely on December 27, 2009, at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, NH.He is survived by his parents, Matthew Bonaccolto and Lacy L. Smock, of Plymouth; five grandparents; Melody Smock, Russell Smock, Allen Chamberlain, Joe Bonaccolto, and Barbara Marchand; his "big sister", Hailey Partridge; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.Visitation:Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010, at Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth, from 6 thru 8 pm.Service:A graveside service will be held in the spring.Cemetery:
