Cecelia Van Loon aka (Dammy),78, of Plymouth, NH, passed quietly and peacefully on Friday the September 22, 2023, at Darthmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Cecelia was born November 9, 1944, daughter to the late George and Olive Ann (Hill) Grafton.
She was a wonderful mother of six, a grandmother of 8 and a great grandmother of 13. Cecelia was a third order Carmelite. You could always find her at St. Matthew Church, Holy Trinity Parish where she was a devoted parishioner, or at the last Chair Brewery in Plymouth where she enjoyed being with friends and family.
There will be a Mass of Christian burial at St. Matthew Church Holy Trinity Parish on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth, NH
