Brian Albert Smith

Brian Albert Smith, 44, of Mill St, died suddenly April 16, 2009, at Wentworth-Douglas Hospital, Dover, NH.     He was born in Plymouth on January 12, 1965, the son of Kent Albert, and Beverly Louise [Moulton] Smith.     He grew up in Holderness and graduated from Holderness Elementary School and then from Plymouth Area High School, Plymouth.  He resided in Holderness and Ashland most all his life.     He worked for the former Stockbridge Door Company, in Holderness and recently for Quality Insulation, in Meredith.       He was a member and past master of the Mount Prospect Lodge of Mason #69 F&AM, Holderness and a member of the National Rifle Association.     He is survived by his wife, Janet L. [Tarr] Smith of Ashland, daughter, Kristin A. Smith and son Eric M. Smith, both of Ashland, sister, Ellen L. Greene and husband James of Center Sandwich, NH, brothers, Kent L. Smith and wife Stella, of Holderness, Wade Z. Smith and wife Tina of St. Charles, IL, Alan J. Smith and wife Annette of Conway, Adam J. Smith and wife Patricia of Woodbridge, VA. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.Memorials:  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mount Prospect Lodge of Mason, Routes #3 and #25, Holderness, NH. 03245.  Visitation:     Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St, Plymouth, on Monday 6pm to 8pm.  Service:A Masonic service will be held before the start of calling hours at 5:30pm.  A funeral service will be held in the Holderness Community Church, Holderness, on Tuesday at 11am.  The Rev. Everett Palmer, pastor, will officiate.Cemetery:Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery, Ashland.
