Annie L. Gable, 55, of Rumney, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010, at the Concord Hospice House, of Concord, after a lengthy illness.She was born on May 22, 1956, in Portsmouth, NH, the daughter of John H. and Marion L. (Bassett) Walsh. Annie was raised in Manchester, attended Manchester schools, graduating from the Dublin Christian Academy, of Dublin, NH.Annie and her husband David were missionaries in Dominica, West Indies, New Zealand, New Mexico, and Hawaii; they were also the house parents and directors of the Boylston Home for Girls, of Manchester. Most recently, Annie worked for the Carenet Pregnancy Center, of Plymouth, where she was a client service director.She dearly loved her two sons and daughter, and also enjoyed spending much time with her friends and family.Annie is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, David C. Gable, of Rumney; mother, Marion MCClusky, of Portsmouth; two sons, Jason, of PA and Jaron, of Hawaii; a daughter, Alexis, of Rumney; a sister, Barbie Elliott and husband Bill, of Shapleigh, ME; and several other siblings and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.Memorials:In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annie's memory to the Carenet Pregnancy Center, 81-A Highland St., Plymouth, NH 03264, or to the New Hope Fellowship, PO Box 215, Campton, NH 03223.Visitation:A calling hour will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Rumney Bible Conference Tabernacle, of Rumney from 10:00 am thru 11:00 am.Service:A service will follow the calling hour in the Tabernacle at 11:00 am. Rev. Ray Bandi, pastor of the New Hope Fellowship, of Campton, will officiate.
