Ann Therese Sullivan, 51, of Hillrise Lane, died suddenly October 14, 2014, at Lakes Region General Hospital, in Laconia.
Born in Natick, Massachusetts on February 12, 1963, she was the daughter of Leo Thompson and Mary (Mayer) Jordan.
Ann grew up in Natick and Haverhill, MA. She was a graduated of Haverhill High School, class of 1981. She also graduated from the Laconia Technical School with her LNA certificate. She has been a resident of the Meredith area for the past thirty years.
Ann has worked for the past sixteen years as a secretary and a LNA at Concord Hospital, Concord, NH.
Ann is survived by her husband, Daniel R. Sullivan of Meredith, her sisters, Leslie J. Thompson of Concord, NH, Elaine P. Adams, Tampa, FL, her brothers, Bradford Thompson of Framingham, MA, Matthew Thompson of Holland, MI, two nieces, Leslie and Nicole Adams, and a nephew, Dana Matson.
