Alberta Bixby

BRISTOL, NH - Alberta May (Jarvis) Bixby passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the age of 75.
Alberta was born in Plymouth, NH, in 1941. She attended Bristol High School. She worked at the Mica Shop in Franklin and then IPC in Bristol until her retirement.
She enjoyed her family, camping, NASCAR races, and fishing. She also loved books and the many dogs that she had over the years. Alberta attended the Bristol Baptist Church for many years and she loved the Lord with all her heart.
Alberta is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard Bixby, Richard and Suzanne Bixby, Standish, Maine; Howard and Theresa Hodgdon, Alexandria, NH; Mark and Laurie Bixby, Claremont, NH; 5 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Albert and Hazel Jarvis.
Calling hours will be Friday, March 17, from 5-7:00 pm at the Mayhew Funeral Home, Plymouth, NH.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 18, at 11:00 am at The Bristol Baptist Church, Bristol, NH.
A graveside service will be Friday, May 5th, at 1:30 pm at the Homeland Cemetery, Bristol, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bristol Baptist Church, 30 Summer Street, Bristol, NH 03222
