To Doug,Tara, and Family
I was made aware of Phil’s passing just the other day. Phil and Nancy were very Special to me. They were so kind and my cousin Nancy so funny and loving. I remember the visits to Nova Scotia from them and me to NH.
Phil is finally joined with the Love of his Life❤️

On behalf of the Wilmington Company of Minutemen, I would like to offer the condolences and deepest sympathies of the entire Company and its membership. I am the current Captain of the Wilmington Minutemen. Although I did not know Phillip personally nor serve with him in our Company, I am well aware of the legacy and works of the Wilmington Minutemen during Phillips membership years. We are a better Company today because of the passion of our past members. We will offer a moment of silence on Phillip's memory at our next meeting on Thursday, July 11th. My contact information is May God bless Phillip and his family at this time and always - Your humble Servant - Farnk West, Captain, Wilmington Minutemen.
